  Hey Rod, wish I would have thought about this yesterday,
  when talking to grant - those guys did an awesome and professional job when they got "set up" in that restaraunt in California....those people tried to pull a fast one on them, and yet they continued the investigation (with heartbreak-if you will) and pinned every one of the set up(s) and then faced the client very professionally on that!
